Just supplied to a Water Utility customer a Touch leak noise correlator designed especially for the more difficult leak detection situations (EG: plastic or large diameter pipes etc. ).
Touch Pro is an effective tool for quick, accurate leak detection. Working in conjunction with the Touch Pro the customer also took a DXmic Pro. A latest generation ground microphone. It supports audio recordings and allows the leak area to be confirmed from the Touchpro. The information from the Touchpro will use information entered into it concerning distance between points being checked and pipe size and material. The DXmicPro also has an app that can be downloaded on the phone enabling data to be shared immediately and remotely.
